![]() ![]() Zadig installed the driver and then it worked. ![]() I chose WinUSB.sys in the automatic driver list. Zadig recognizes that the connection to the phone is broken. I installed Zadig and started it up with the phone connected in fastboot mode (fastboot mode is reached on an Xperia XA2 Ultra if you turn it on while gently pressing volume down as it is connected with USB to the computer - this information is in the installation "manual" that you read when installing Sailfish X). I cannot be sure that it will work for you, but I did this: I was able to use Zadig to install a USB-driver that made it possible for me to subsequently install Sailfish X on my XA2 Ultra.
